Mark Hendel, MSW, is the founder and director of Ability Senior Care. Mark's dedication and passion for working with the elderly was shaped by his upbringing. He was raised in a multi-generational household with two handicapped grandparents. Mark brings a deep and personal understanding of the physical, emotional and financial challenges that can overwhelm seniors and their families.

Stefanie Hendel, Director of Operations
Stefanie is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has extensive experience in eldercare. As the co-founder of Ability, Stefanie has been instrumental in developing the systems and practices that have led to our highly respected reputation within the healthcare community. Stefanie's keen eye is focused on the details, as our internal operations are maintained above the highest standards. This commitment ensures our clients will always receive exceptional services.
Natalie McElheny, Placement Coordinator
Natalie joined Ability Senior Care after working for over 13 years in healthcare. Natalie's gentle demeanor and intelligence makes her a wonderful addition to our eldercare placement team.
Bob Fredson, Placement Specialist
Bob has been involved in the healthcare field for over 30 years. After graduating from Eastern Michigan University with a BA in Social Studies and Secondary Education, Bob relocated from Detroit to Boston and spent 10 years working in Medical sales. He then moved to Los Angeles where he worked for Pacificare’s HMO and METLIFE’s PPO and HMO Network. In 1987, Bob came to Phoenix, AZ where he has continued his career in healthcare including spending the past five years in the area of Assisted Living and Memory Care.
